Gozzo tour in the Gulf of Poets and Cinque Terre with aperitif

Spend a day on a boat between the Gulf of Poets and the Cinque Terre and spend special moments with your fellow adventurers with whom you will share fun swims in the sea and a tasty aperitif with Ligurian focaccia!

Set sail from La Spezia and enjoy a tour of the large bay overlooked by villages of unique beauty, which have always inspired great poets.

Let yourself be fascinated by the colourful houses of the Cinque Terre villages, nestled between the gentle hills and dive for a swim in front of the Rocce Rosse between Portovenere and Riomaggiore. The beauty of these places will leave you speechless... or inspire you to write a poem!

What we will do

I will meet you at the meeting point in La Spezia (SP), where I, Captain Gerry, will welcome you aboard my gozzo Vittoria.

Our first stop will be Portovenere, a romantic and fascinating pearl that inspired the poet Byron. We will pass right in front of Byron's Grotto, a 20-metre-deep natural cavity that was named after him, and we will also see the impressive church of San Pietro built overlooking the sea.

Also in Portovenere , there is a stretch of coastline with the Rocce Rosse cove , which we will reach around 12.30 p.m., the perfect time to enjoy a tasty aperitif in front of the marvellous landscape of unusual colours. The aperitif (included) includes Ligurian focaccia and crostini with sun-dried tomatoes to be accompanied by Prosecco and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as a pasta dish cooked on board. We will also have time here to dive and snorkel with friendly little fish.

Then we will set off again to reach the Cinque Terre, stopping for another swim between Corniglia and Vernazza. From here, if weather and sea conditions permit, we will continue on to Monterosso al Mare, admiring colourful postcard-perfect scenery, and then turn back. Another option could be the Archipelago of the Natural Park of Portovenere, Tino, Tinetto and Palmaria, for lots of diving and swimming in the clear waters.

Finally, in the clear, clean sea overlooked by Lerici, we can enjoy thelast swim of this wonderful excursion.

The experience lasts a total of 8 hours .

Who it is aimed at

The tour is open to everyone, with no age limit. To participate, you must be able to swim and have good mobility.

It is not possible to bring wheelchairs on board.

Other information

The experience takes place from May to October and is confirmed with a minimum number of 2 people. The itinerary of the excursion may vary depending on weather and sea conditions, to allow for a safe and relaxing experience for all.

The boat available for the tour is a gozzo, named Vittoria, which is 9 metres long and can accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people. It is equipped with an awning, refrigerator, freshwater shower and stereo.

Dogs are not allowed on board.
