If you think watercolours are only for artists like Van Gogh, you’re wrong!
In Foligno, in the province of Perugia, a creative experience combining nature and colour awaits you. You’ll discover dye plants and plant-based pigments , watch watercolours being made and, finally, have a go at painting yourself!
Let yourself be inspired by the adventure and create your own masterpiece!
What we will do
We’ll meet at the specified time at the meeting point in Foligno (PG). Here, we’ll be surrounded by the tranquillity of the Umbrian countryside, ready to embark on an experience centred on the colours of nature.
After an initial meeting with the staff and a brief introductory briefing , we’ll take a walk around the estate for about 30 minutes. Along the way, we’ll discover together the local dye plants and how unique natural pigments can be obtained from their leaves, flowers and roots.
Next, we’ll watch a practical demonstration lasting about 30 minutes, during which we’ll see the process from raw pigment to watercolour. We’ll then begin the creative workshop: for about an hour, we’ll create our own ‘dream watercolour’ to take home – a free and intuitive form of expression to help us relax whilst experimenting with colours and brushes!
The experience lasts a total of around 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is suitable for everyone aged 4 and over. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
This experience is not accessible to wheelchair users.
Other information
The activity is available all year round and will be confirmed once a minimum of two participants have signed up.
The workshop will go ahead even in bad weather, taking place indoors on the estate.
Dogs are not permitted.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point is not served by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
