Once upon a time there were two friends in a garage. And no, it's not the Apple story.
Take part in our historical-sensory experience discovering the Baladin Brewery: the package includes a guided tour of the brewery, dinner at the (delicious) restaurant and a tasting of a unique beer.
End the day with our favourite 'bedtime story'!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the Birrificio Agricolo Baladin in the locality of Valle, in the municipality of Piozzo (CN) . We will be welcomed by a guide who will accompany us on a discovery of this historic craft brewery (and much more) !
Having gathered all the participants and after an initial introduction, we will visit the characteristic Piedmontese farmstead: we will embark on a historical-sensory tour, passing through rooms that tell the story and production of the Baladin Agricultural Brewery.
At the end of the tour we will receive a tasting glass as a gift, before starting the guided tour of the brewery: we will enter the plant and walk along an elevated walkway with a view of the entire production. It is precisely this latter that we will explore in depth together with the guide who, step by step, will accompany us to discover every stage of production up to the finished product. And, of course, the tasting of a beer tapped directly from the cask is not to be missed: a beer that has been fermenting for over 8 years and is therefore unique in the world! The guided tour will last about 1 hour.
Finally, we will sit down in the brewery restaurant for dinner: the menu includes 3 courses (focaccia, main course, dessert) accompanied by 2 beers, water and coffee. Don't miss the birramisu, a traditional dessert revisited in the Baladin style!
The experience will last about 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone with no age limit. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult; non-alcoholic craft drinks will be served to minors.
The 'Children's' rate includes: as an alternative to dinner, a dedicated menu consisting of hot dogs or chicken nuggets, fries, dessert, non-alcoholic craft beverage and a surprise. In the presence of infants you are invited to bring your own food.
The experience is not accessible to persons with motor disabilities.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
