Climb aboard a buggy and embark on a 2-hour adventure in the Nera Valley, among scenic dirt tracks, medieval villages and ancient fortresses. A 30 km itinerary combining adrenaline and history, with strategic stops to admire theAbbey of San Pietro in Valle, explore the alleys of Arrone and discover the mystery of the mummies of Ferentillo.

What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Montefranco (TR), where the guide will welcome us. Before we begin, we will have a small introductory briefing in which the characteristics of the buggy will be explained to us, after which we can also test drive the vehicle.
Once the engines are warmed up, we will begin our buggy adventure along a 30 km route along the course of the Nera river. We will pass places rich in history, driving past small churches, fortifications and ancient necropolises dating back to the medieval period of Longobard influence, such as the imposing Abbey of S. Pietro in Valle.
We will also have the opportunity to visit the villages of Arrone and Ferentillo, the former characterised by picturesque alleys and squares, the latter famous for the mummies preserved in the church of Santo Stefano. Along the way, there will be short stops to visit places, take a few photos or take a ride in the buggy.
We will conclude the tour by returning to the starting point after a total of about 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The tour is suitable for everyone from 6 years upwards. The driver must be at least 21 years old and have a B licence.

The excursion is available all year round.
During the route, driver and passenger can swap driving, provided they both meet the requirements.
The organiser has 1 buggy available that can carry 1 driver + 1 passenger for a total of 2 participants.
The meeting point can also be reached by public transport.
