Feeling like a free spirit and looking for anadventure in nature? A 2-day bushcraft and survival course is just the thing for you!
The base camp will be in the mountains of Molise. With the help of an experienced instructor you will learn the main survival techniques and methods of our ancestors.
Get ready for an exciting experience that will test your wilder side!
What we will do
We will meet on the first day of the course at around 9 a.m. near the base camp. The location will be chosen by the instructor depending on the period. In winter, the snowy area of Campitello Matese will be preferred, while in other seasons the course will be held in the mountain areas of Campobasso or Isernia (you will receive the address of the meeting point after booking).
Once on site, the instructor will give an introductory briefing on the world of survival and explain the activities we will be carrying out over the two days. Then we will immediately set to work to build an emergency shelter where we will spend the night. We will be able to use branches, leaves, stones and anything else that nature offers us.
We will then light a fire and cook using the trappeur method, which consists of using only embers and rudimentary utensils. During the two-day course, we will learn how to orient ourselves in nature, recognise edible plants and berries , and how to drink water. We will try out instinctive archery, take nature walks in the surrounding area, learn rope descent techniques, first aid and self-defence.
The programme may vary depending on the period and location, but it will always be varied, fun and interesting. At the end of the course, we will take home anunforgettable experience and many new skills that could come in handy in an emergency.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is open to everyone aged 10 years and over (minors must be accompanied by parents or guardians). No specific skills or experience are required, just a spirit of adaptation and a desire to have fun in nature.

This activity can be done all year round and will be confirmed when there are at least 3 participants, subject to weather conditions and the guide's availability.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
