If you think 'survival' means having enough gigs on your phone, it's time to put things into perspective.
With experienced instructors you'll learn how to build a shelter, build a fire, find your way in the wilderness and many other survival techniques. A day without technology but full of adventure: fun, different and useful to find out how much you really know about the outdoors!
What we will do
The appointment is at the indicated meeting point in Contigliano (RI). We will meet the instructors 15 minutes before 9:30 a.m. and, once the group is formed, we will move together to the activity venue, about 10 minutes' drive away.
Once there, there will be an introductory briefing on the day's activities. We will practise basic bushcraft and survival techniques, starting from orientation with map and compass to building an emergency shelter and lighting a fire using rudimentary methods.
Guided step by step, we will learn how to read nature's signals and make the best use of the resources offered by the environment around us, developing new skills of adaptation and survival. Our guides will also teach us how to prepare the perfect hiking kit, designed to deal with any unforeseen situation.
The day will not only be an educational experience, but an opportunity to explore an unspoilt area at the foot of the Sabini Mountains, rediscovering the authentic connection with the natural environment.
In all, the activity will last about 6 hours.

This activity is at an easy level and is open to everyone from 10 years old and up. No specific skills or experience are required, just a spirit of adventure and a desire to have fun in nature.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
