Full description
Set off on a two-seater Canadian canoe tour along a stretch of the Po River.
You will paddle together with an expert instructor from Gualtieri to the Garzaie harbour in Luzzara.
Come and immerse yourself in the thick vegetation of the area by taking part in this 3½-hour adventure !
What we will do
We will meet at the time selected during the booking process in Gualtieri (RE), where we will meet the guide who will accompany us on this tour.
Following a short path, we will reach the Canadian two-seater canoes in about 2 minutes and proceed with the dressing: we will be provided with life jackets, a waterproof bag, a paddle and, of course, the canoe. After the guide has given a briefing on the use of the canoe and safety regulations, we will be ready to set off on this adventure!
Our starting point will be at theIsola Degli Internati, a historical site where we will be able to admire some wrecks from the Second World War; we will be able to get familiar with the canoe as it is a spot where there is no current. The guide will lead us along the Po River, where we will be immersed in a thick vegetation of willows, poplars and maples; for most of the way we will not encounter roads or other people, it will be a totally immersiveexperience.
We will reach a beach where we can dock for a break of about 30 minutes to relax and admire ancient fossils. After recovering our energies, we will resume the tour until we reach the Garzaie port in Luzzara, which we will reach after paddling for about 2 hours and covering a stretch of river about 10 km long.
After leaving our canoes, we will return to the starting point in about 15 minutes via an included transport service. The activity will last a total of about 3½ hours, including briefing, breaks, canoe tour and return to the starting point.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 13 years and aminimum height of 140 cm. The maximum permitted weight is 100 kg.
Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. There must be at least one adult participant on each canoe .
To participate, it is necessary not to be afraid of water.
Other information
The activity takes place on the dates indicated in the calendar from April to October, and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 6 participants.
The centre has 5 two-seater Canadian canoes for a total of 10 participants.
There are no showers or changing rooms on site.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.
Dogs are not allowed.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
