Full description
Get in touch with nature and enjoy paddling the waters of the Adige River with a canoe tour in the characteristic Terra dei Forti in the Verona area.
Together with expert guides, you will paddle along the stretch of theAdige that connects the municipalities of Brentino Belluno and Rivoli Veronese in a wonderful landscape.
In addition to the natural views characterised by forests, vineyards and rocky ridges, along the route you will be able to admire several Austro-Hungarian fortresses. What are you waiting for? Set off with us!
What we will do
We will meet in Gaium, a hamlet of Rivoli Veronese (VR). There we will meet the guides and the rest of the group, and we will move by shuttle bus to the boarding point in Brentino Belluno.
Before we begin, we will have an introductory lesson on paddling techniques and safety rules. Then we will put on our life jackets and be ready to go.
We will paddle for 10 km along a quiet stretch of river with no technical difficulties, making it asuitable experience even for beginners. Instructors will follow the group on safety kayaks ready to give support if needed.
The activity will be conducted under the banner of relaxation and fun, with the aim of discovering the beauty and surprises of the Terra dei Forti, an area rich in nature, history and culture.
The activity will last about 3 hours in total, concluding with a return to the initial meeting point. After the kayak tour, those who wish can stop for a wine tasting or a picnic (not included in the participation fee).
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an easy level and is open to everyone from 6 years old and up. No previous experience is required.
Other information
This activity can be booked from June to September and is confirmed when there are at least 2 participants.
Depending on level and availability, participants may choose to travel in single or two-seater canoes, in agreement with the instructors.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
