Mattia, our guide, was very friendly and followed us down the river giving us a lot of information and instructions on how to move more correctly and manage the rapids along the way. In general, the welcome from all the staff was excellent. 9km route was simple, very pleasant and with a few rapids here and there to make it more exciting. Super recommended!

For being my first time in a canoe, it was very easy to understand the instructions and then apply them. The tour itself was relaxing, enhanced by the beautiful lake scenery and surrounded by mountains. The duration (of 2 hours) is enough to learn more about the place, from historical and curious anecdotes to local legends, thanks to the very friendly and helpful guide assigned to us. Not only that, but as a physical activity, it left us quite satisfied. I repeat, it was my first time and it couldn't have gone better! Thank you very much Maia :) From Sarah and Nicholas.

Our guide was excellent although she was a little late arriving to meet us at the departure point. Then she had to inflate the kayaks and drive her van away to park it. All of this took another 20 minutes. We expected the boats to be ready and waiting at the agreed time. I think the organiser had overcommitted its resources. nThe tour was good. It could have been improved if we had been able to come ashore at Punta San Vigilio for a short time to look around. The scheduled trip time of 3 hours was easily long enough to accommodate this.

We booked a guided canoe tour on Freedome and had Maya as our guide. Maya was a super nice, capable and easy-going guide and helped make the day fun and enjoyable! Highly recommended!
