You don't need a time machine to go back to the Middle Ages... All you need here is a paddle!
In Peschiera del Garda you can dive into history without even getting wet. Set off on a canoe tour through the Venetian walls and admire the architecture that tells the story of this lakeside town's past.
Paddling for 2 hours with a guide, you will discover a hidden and fascinating side of Peschiera, filled with local tales and legends!
What we will do
We will meet 5 minutes before the indicated time in Peschiera del Garda (VR).
Our guide will welcome us with our equipment ready: life jacket, paddle, 5-litre waterproof bag and, of course, our canoes. After a 10-15 minute briefing to learn how to paddle safely, we will embark and begin to get acquainted with the water.
Paddling at a leisurely pace, we will take a circular route of about 4.5 km that follows the outline of the historic walls of Peschiera del Garda. Along the way, the guide will tell us about the evolution of the town, between the Middle Ages and the Renaissance, and share legends and anecdotes that are still passed down today.
Between submerged bridges, gigantic walls and reflections in the water, we will feel as if we have entered another time, just as if we were paddling in a medieval castle.
We will conclude the experience by returning to the starting point. The activity will last a total of 2 hours, including briefing and preparation.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable from the age of 8; minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Swimming skills are required. The maximum weight per participant is 110 kg.

The activity takes place from March to October and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
Double or triple canoes are available.
There are no changing rooms, showers or storage for personal belongings at the meeting point.
It is not possible to participate with your own dog.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; paid parking spaces are available on site.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
