If you are a sports lover, you really can't miss our canoe and trekking tour to the Comazzo oxbow, a dynamic environment embraced by lush, evocative nature.
You willexplore the river oxbow and then disembark near a forest where the trekking part will begin. During this walk you will also learn to recognise animal tracks surrounded by the typical sounds of nature.
The discovery of habitats so different and yet so similar will make you realise the importance of preserving them from man. What are you waiting for to book your place?
What we will do
Themeeting place is in Comazzo, a town in the province of Lodi, Lombardy. We will be welcomed by a guide and an expert instructor who will explain to us, in a 15-minute briefing, the fundamental manoeuvres for guiding a canoe safely. We will also do a short practical test.
At the end of this phase, we will board the canoe and venture into the Comazzo oxbow, exploring it in every detail. We will be enchanted by this aquatic habitat, surrounded by plant species, moving in a northerly direction.
After navigating for 4 km, we will land near a wood, a site of community importance, and proceed with an easy 2 km trek, walking through the area in search of animal tracks, which we will also learn to recognise. It will be an evocative walk, in which we will be enveloped by the typical scents and noises of a natural environment.
At the end of the route, we will take our canoes back and return to the starting point. The excursion lasts a total of two and a half hours.
Who it is aimed at
The excursion is aimed at everyone, especially those who want to approach the practice of canoeing with an experience that is not too physically demanding. The minimum age for participation is 14 years. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Other information
The tour is available from April to November on Saturday afternoons. Reservations will be confirmed once a minimum of 2 participants are reached.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
