Get ready for a full immersion day in the wilderness of the Turano Valley!
The Forra di Riancoli (Riancoli Gorge), between Lazio and Abruzzo, is a water canyon that seems tailor-made for those who want to have non-stop fun: jumps, natural slides, rope descents and even a zipline await you along the way.
For four hours you will explore a lush, unspoilt environment, past waterfalls and rock walls that hold secret corners. In the company of expert guides, you'll discover every passage and launch yourself into adrenalin-fuelled dives into cool, clear water!
What we will do
The appointment with the guides is 10 minutes before 09:30 at the meeting point in Carsoli (AQ). From here we will move with our car to reach the excursion starting point in Collalto Sabino, 10 minutes away. Once there, the guides will provide us with all thenecessary equipment for the activity.
We will then set off on a 30-minute trek to reach the stream. When we are close to the stream, we will have a comprehensive briefing about the activity. Afterwards, we will venture in the company of the guides along the Riancoli Gorge.
We will explore an area surrounded by colourful and lush nature. We will abseil down rock walls with the aid of a rope, ford a torrent, ride toboggans and slide on ziplines, experiencing the thrill of being suspended in the void, just as if we were flying.
Canyoning guides will teach us the basic progression techniques of this discipline, enabling us to move around safely.
The canyoning route will last 4 hours. We will then return to the meeting point; the experience will last approximately 6 hours in total .
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone over the age of 14.
The activity is at an easy level and no previous experience is required, but knowing how to swim is necessary.
Other information
The activity takes place from April to July on the dates indicated in the calendar (continuously updated) and will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 7 participants.
*The excursion can be carried out in the company of an ENGC Canyoning Guide - Canyoning Master - or ENGC Canyoning Accompanying Person (professionals in accordance with Law 4/2013).

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
