Is canyoning your passion? Do you have previous experience of this sport? This activity has been designed just for you!
Take part in our canyoning in the Sammaro Gorge: walk, abseil, slide and dive into the torrent that flows through the splendid natural setting of the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park. A route that is as challenging as it is fun, for you who have already fallen in love with this discipline.
A total of 4 hours in the torrent and 6 hours of experience; unparalleled!
What we will do
Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled time at the meeting point in Postiglione (SA). Our guide for this canyoning experience will be there to welcome us at the fully-equipped centre!
Once we’ve been issued with our kit and got kitted out, we’ll board a shuttle bus which will take us, in about an hour, to the natural setting that will be the backdrop to our adventure. We’ll venture into the Cilento, Vallo di Diano and Alburni National Park, specifically the Sammaro Gorges, a stream that has carved out a stunning American-style canyon.
It is here that we’ll enjoy walking through the stream, natural slides, dives ( from a maximum height of 5 metres) and abseils (from a maximum height of 15 metres) . A route that is as challenging as it is rewarding, designed for those in good physical condition with previous canyoning experience.
Halfway through the route, there’ll be a packed lunch break ( not included) . We’ll then have regained our energy to complete our 4 km adventure.
We will then return to the meeting point after a 1-hour shuttle transfer. This amounts to a total of 4 hours in the stream and a 6-hour experience.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from the age of 16; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
To participate, one must be able to swim and not suffer from vertigo.
Good physical fitness and previous canyoning experience are required to participate.

The experience is available from April to July and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 4 participants.
Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the departure time.
The activity takes place subject to weather conditions at the organiser's discretion.
The duration of canyoning varies depending on the number and experience level of the participants.
A changing room with an outdoor shower is available on site.
A shaded picnic area is available on site where accompanying persons are welcome; barbecues are available (free use for participants, paid use for accompanying persons).

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
