Get ready for a truly unique canyoning experience: at night!
Accompanied by an expert guide and equipped with headlamps, you will tackle a 650 m route in the gorge of the Esino torrent, in the province of Lecco. As you descend into the gorge, you will have the sensation of entering a cave, because you will be protected by very high rock walls that are almost 50 metres high.
Not only that, you will experience the adrenalin rush of 6-7 rope descents and live a truly unmissable experience, in which the silence will be broken only by the gentle flow of water.
What we will do
We will meet in Perledo, in the province of Lecco. Here we will find the shuttle waiting for us, which will take us to the point on the Esino torrent where we will carry out our night-time canyoning adventure. Once we arrive at our destination, we will begin dressing with headlamps.
Once the preparation is complete, the guide will hold a 10-15 minute briefing to teach us safety manoeuvres and progression techniques and thus introduce us to the beauty of this discipline.
We will tackle a section of the torrent about 650 metres long, with an altitude difference of 150 metres. The route will be very steep and we will descend protected between rock walls up to 50 metres high.
This is an ideal location for an experience at night, as the landscape becomes particularly impressive and adds an extra note of wonder. We will experience the feeling of being speleologists discovering a cave.
The most exciting obstacles on the route will be the 6-7 rope descents, which must be tackled safely with the help of the guide.
At the end of the descent we will take the shuttle back to the starting point. The activity will last 2½ hours, including the briefing and the approach to the stream.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 12. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult; alternatively, it is possible to participate with a release form signed by the parent.
No previous experience is required, but participants must have good water skills and not be afraid of heights.

The activity takes place every day from June to September and is confirmed when there are at least 2 participants.
