Climbing the wall. Return to the ground. Repeat.
This will be your mantra if you take part in our climbing day in Palinuro: an IAMAS climbing instru ctor will instruct you in wall climbing and you will constantly put into practice all the teachings provided. You will venture on routes of varying difficulty, improving your technique more and more.
All in the beautiful natural setting of the Molpa Beach, with a view of the Scoglio del Coniglio (Rabbit Rock).
What we will do
We’ll meet 15 minutes before 9. 00 am at the meeting point in Centola (SA), where we’ll meet the climbing instructor.
Once all participants have gathered, we’ll each get into our own vehicles to drive to the car park near the crag. After a journey of about 10 minutes to Palinuro, we’ll continue on foot for about 10 minutes until we reach the stunning Molpa Beach.
In this unique natural setting, we’ll hear an explanation of how the experience will unfold, be issued with our equipment and given all the necessary instructions to tackle the crag safely. We’ll have a choice of routes of varying difficulty, with a maximum height of 15–20 metres, each taking 10–20 minutes to complete. We’ll climb, come back down and have another go, improving with every move thanks to the instructor’s advice!
Between climbs, we’ll take a break to catch our breath and munch on snacks we’ve brought from home, enjoying the view of the Scoglio del Coniglio and, weather permitting, even taking the opportunity for a swim!
Finally, we’ll head back to the car park. The whole experience will last about 5 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 6 and up; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The activity is not recommended for people suffering from heart disease or shoulder injuries.
The experience is of an easy level, also suitable for first-time climbers.

Please note! This activity requires you to make your own way to the venue.
The experience is available from February to October and is confirmed once the minimum number of 3 participants has been reached.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport; if necessary, you can travel to Centola-Palinuro-Marina di Camerota railway station and request the free shuttle service by contacting the organiser using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation email.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
