What can teach you how to make decisions, build motivation and find your balance? Climbing, of course!
Put yourself to the test with a day's climbing at a crag in the beautiful province of Brescia and challenge your limits: together with your instructor you can try to overcome them and achieve new goals.
The nature that will surround you will be wonderful and will help you to create a great atmosphere for concentration!
What we will do
We will meet at the appointed meeting point, where our climbing instructor will be waiting for us.
After an initial welcome, we will drive to the location where the activity will take place. Once at the chosen crag, we will have a short briefing, which will be used by the guide to understand our level of experience and explain how the equipment (included) works.
We will then proceed with a series of ground exercises, in a horizontal position, which are preparatory to climbing and are inspired by the Caruso teaching methodology, followed by the instructor. After warming up and learning a little, we will begin the actual climbing.
The instructor will explain which holds to place our feet and hands on and how to progress vertically in complete safety. Depending on our abilities, we will climb up to a maximum of 25 metres, learning how to move on the rock. We will be able to take a few breaks, including a packed lunch, when we feel the need.
All around us will be enchanting landscapes, including nearby Lake Garda, and the contact with the surrounding nature will allow us to better concentrate and focus on living this new and exciting experience.
The activity will last a total of 8 hours and will end with the return to the meeting point.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone, from 16 years of age and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult (may or may not participate in the activity) .
To participate, you must be in good health and have a maximum weight of 100 kg. Pregnant women cannot participate.
Other information
The activity is available all year round and will be confirmed upon reaching a minimum of 2 participants.
Please note. The meeting point varies depending on the season and at the guide's discretion. It could be in the Sabbia Valley, the Paper Mill Valley or the Opol Valley. The instructor will contact you the days before the activity to give you the correct address to reach. If you have any doubts, contact him using the contact details on your booking confirmation e-mail.
If you wish to experience the activity as a beginner, you can participate with simple walking shoes. If, on the other hand, you already have experience and want to do a more challenging route, you will need to bring your own climbing shoes.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport, but there are free parking spaces on site. The meeting point does not coincide with the activity location, which must be reached by your own means.
Dogs are not allowed.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
