Practiceclimbing in Trieste with a UIAGM Mountain Guide and dedicate half a day to this wonderful sport, whatever your level.
Whatever your level, whether beginner, intermediate or expert, the instructor will choose the most suitable programme and crag for you from among the many in the vicinity of the Friulian capital.
A day of sport, excitement and fun awaits you, where physical exertion will be rewarded by a spectacular panorama of the Gulf of Trieste.
What we will do
You will meet the instructor at 8:30 a.m. in the Prosecco district of Trieste, on the Napoleonic road. After an acquaintance briefing you will head to the selected crag. The area is rich in climbing spots, the most popular being Scudo, Calabroni, Mano di Fatima and Parallele. The instructor will decide where to go, depending on your level.
During the day you will alternate between theory and practice. If you are a beginner, you will learn the basics of the discipline: belaying methods, use of ropes, the simplest progressions and abseiling. Experienced climbers, on the other hand, will focus on technique and more advanced sport climbing progressions.
Participants will have the opportunity to improve their balance and sensitivity of movement. Under the watchful eye of the instructor, everyone will be able to work on their weak points in order to gain more confidence and mastery.
The activity will last around four hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is open to everyone, including families and children from 6 years of age. No previous climbing experience is required, just being in good health.

This activity can be done all year round, weather permitting.
After booking, you can contact the instructor to inform him/her of your level and, if necessary, make preliminary arrangements for lessons.
