Full description
Enjoy an enchanting coastal walk along the coastline between Ostuni and Carovigno, traverse heavenly coves on foot, and admire the unique Blue Grotto of Torre Santa Sabina.
You will be in the company of a marine biologist who will describe interesting facts about the local flora and fauna and the peculiarities of this coastal geology characterised by countless ravines and inlets.
And in the summertime you can also enjoy swimming in the crystal-clear waters and snorkelling, immersed in a real open-air photo shoot!
What we will do
We will meet at 8.30 a.m. in Carovigno, in the province of Brindisi, where we will meet the guide and reach the starting point of the coastal walk.
We will be accompanied by a marine biologist, who will guide us in observing the flora, fauna and coastal geo-sites, where fossils dating back to ancient times are visible.
The moments of scientific information will be interspersed with photographic stops at the most beautiful viewpoints and a swimming break at the Blue Grotto of Torre Santa Sabina. The peculiarity of this karstic cavity is that at the top it has a sort of 'porthole' that allows a glimpse of thecrystal-clear turquoise water from above.
In spring and autumn, the guide will not fail to show us his'briefcase of wonders' containing artefacts that tell the history of the area. In this case, the total experience will last one and a half hours and will end at the meeting point.
In summer, we can also stop for a regenerating swim with a dip in the cave or go snorkelling to discover the beautiful seabed, if equipped with personal equipment. In this case, the total experience will last three hours and will end at the meeting point.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for children from 2 years of age; children up to 11 years of age participate in the activity free of charge but must report their presence by contacting the guide at the contact details given in the booking confirmation e-mail; children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
Other information
The activity is available from April to September and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 4 participants.
Snorkelling in the summer period requires personal equipment.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
