Full description

Learn the art and put it aside, even (and especially) when it comes to a survival course.

It may indeed come in handy to know how to orient yourself in nature or learn how to build shelters: these and many other emergency management techniques will be taught to you during this course, both theoretical and practical, held by an instructor.

A two-day immersive experience in the territory of theTuscan-Romagna Apennines, treasuring the gifts of nature.

What we will do

I will be waiting for you 20 minutes before 09:00 on Saturday at the meeting point in Dovadola (FC). I am your instructor and will welcome you on your arrival.

Once all participants have reached the meeting point, we will get back into our vehicles and head for the location of the survival course: a forest in the flat terrain of theTuscan-Romagna Apennines, which will be the setting for our exploits.

The course consists of theoretical and practical lessons that address the following topics survival and management of emergencies in nature; preparing and lighting fires; finding and drinking water; knots and tying to create ropes and tie tents; natural orientation, with compass and map; building shelters with a tarp; finding food by recognising edible herbs, recognising animal traces, building traps, constructing and learning to use a rudimentary bow; first aid in a remote environment to send emergency signals and build stretchers; preparing a B. O.B. (Bag Out) backpack.O.B. (Bug Out Bag) for everyday emergency situations.

In the evening we will gather to tell stories around the fire and observe the stars, in this beautiful natural setting away from noise and light pollution.

The course will end at 3 p.m. on Sunday, with a return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 30 hours, divided into 2 days.
