Full description

The survival instinct never sleeps!

And our day and night survival course in Adrara San Rocco, in the province of Bergamo, proves it. During the day you will learn basic survival techniques such as drinking water and building a shelter; at night you will learn how to find your way in the dark and how to keep a fire burning.

A2-day experience immersed in nature, which will become our friend!

What we will do

The appointment is at 09:30 at the meeting point in Adrara San Rocco (BG). Awaiting us will be the survival expert guide who will accompany us on this adventure!

Having gathered the participants and handed over the equipment, anintroduction will take place during which the guide will provide all useful information for a carefree experience.

At about 10:00 a.m., we will set off on a trek of about 1 hour during which we will simulate an emergency situation. Along the way, we will collect useful material for lighting the fire and learn how to make marks on trees to recognise the path. We will then reach a semi-cave, where we will build our base camp: here we will learn basic survival techniques such as lighting a fire, drinking water and building a shelter.

Oh yes, because tents and sleeping bags are forbidden: tonight we will sleep under a shelter built with our own hands! And that's not all: we will spend the night walking in the dark with and without a torch and we will take turns keeping the fire burning. The course will continue the next morning with a lesson on traps: building, setting and removing traps. We will also learn how to make fishing tools and other tools useful for survival in a mountain environment.

We will finally return to the meeting point the following day between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
