Who would have ever guessed that the FarWest is in the province of Bergamo.
But that's exactly what it is: take part in our horseback transhumance in Zanica! You will don the shoes of a cowboy and, riding your steed, you will move and lead a herd of cows into the corral. All this in the company of an experienced equestrian guide, ready to provide guidance and support.
An experience lasting over 2 hours, with an aperitif to satisfy a gaucho's hunger!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Capannelle, in the municipality of Zanica (BG) . We will find the equestrian guide waiting for us, who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants and handed over the equipment, we will proceed with the assignment of the horses. We will then saddle up and learn the basics of horse riding as well as all the necessary information for a carefree experience.
And here we are ready for this (unique) transhumance experience on horseback! We will ride on the 4-hectare property, where the cows graze. It will be our job to move the herd and lead them inside the corral, like real cowboys! The guide will be constantly present to provide directions, advice and support.
At the end of the transhumance we will return to the meeting point, where we will be "rewarded" with an aperitif of local products accompanied by alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
The experience will last a total of about 2½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable from the age of 18.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first time horseback rider but physically demanding. If the participant proves unable to perform the activity, the horseback riding experience may not take place at the guide's discretion.

The experience takes place all year round and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 3 participants.

Dogs are not allowed.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
