Full description
You are lost in a forest. What do you do? Option A: you call for help. Option B: use your survival skills!
In Brentonico, among the peaks of the Monte Baldo Nature Park, a day of survival awaits you in the company of an expert instructor.
Together with him you will learn how to light a fire, build a shelter, get your bearings and many other techniques to get by "into the wild"!
What we will do
The meeting point is at 08: 00 in Brentonico (TN), located in the Monte Baldo Natural Park, at an altitude of approximately 1300 metres. From the meeting point, the instructor will accompany us in his off-road vehicle to the forest where the survival day will take place, about 3 km away.
After an introductory briefing, we can start the activity with a sort of treasure hunt in pairs to retrieve materials and fundamental notions. This will be the basis from which to put into practice the first survival techniques learnt: lighting a fire, building a shelter, knots and hints at water purification.
During the day we will also dedicate ourselves to a module on first aid in a remote environment, useful and concrete for dealing with the unforeseen events that can happen in nature. The teachings will vary according to the time of year and the characteristics of the group, to ensure an experience that is always engaging.
For lunch, we will prepare together a trapper-style meal cooked over a fire, with food brought by the instructor. It will also be a time for insights, questions and curiosities in a convivial atmosphere.
At the end of the experience, we will be taken back to the meeting point. The duration of the activity is between 8 and 10 hours, depending on the time of year; in any case, it will end before sunset.
Who it is aimed at
Experience is recommended from 18 years of age.
No previous experience is required, but good physical condition is recommended.
Other information
The experience takes place from June to August on weekends and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 5 participants.
The experience also takes place in the event of slightly bad weather, at the organiser's discretion.

The meeting point can be reached by public transport. Free parking is available on site.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
