Let yourself be seduced by a boat trip through the incredibly turquoise waters of Taormina and Giardini Naxos.
From Riposto, an experienced skipper guides you to discover the most beautiful bays and sea caves in the area, such as the Bay of Giardini Naxos and the striking Grotta Azzurra.
But the dreamy places don't end here: explore the world-famous Isola Bella, visit the village of Giardini Naxos on foot, and dive into the enchanting beach of Mazzarò. Get ready to explore them all in a day of sea and relaxation that is hard to forget!
What we will do
Departure is at 10:00 a.m. from the tourist port of Riposto (CT). We will be there by 9:30 a.m., to have time to meet the skipper and the rest of the small group (up to 12 people) and settle aboard the boat.
After about 30 minutes of sailing, our first stop will be at Giardini Naxos, where the clear blue waters invite you to dive in and explore the seabed with a mask and snorkel (available on board).
After a 30-minute bathing stop, we will re-board to reach the Grotta dell'Amore (Cave of Love), which takes its name from its heart shape and overlooks the Bay of Giardini Naxos, offering one of the most romantic and evocative views of the coastline. Here too we will have the opportunity to dive for a second swim stop of about 30 minutes.
We will continue the tour by anchoring at Isola Bella, a natural jewel surrounded by an incredibly clear sea, where we will enjoy another refreshing swim surrounded by colourful fish. Afterwards, we will visit one of the most beautiful places the coast has to offer: the Grotta Azzurra.
Around 1.30 pm we will dock at the port of Giardini Naxos and go ashore to visit the village. We will have about an hour to explore the centre or sample the flavours of Sicilian cuisine by stopping at one of the many small restaurants for lunch (not included).
We will then depart for Mazzarò, an enchanting inlet, followed by the sixth and final stop at the Isola delle Sirene. These will be two more unmissable moments for swimming and snorkelling. The return to Riposto is scheduled for around 18:00.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is open to everyone, with no age limit. Children aged 0 to 3 years participate free of charge.
Other information
This activity can be carried out from April to October, depending on weather and sea conditions, and is confirmed when there are at least 8 participants.
Depending on availability, the excursion can be carried out on latest-generation motorboats or 10-metre rubber dinghies. All boats are equipped with every comfort, including awnings for shelter from the sun.
Dogs are not allowed on board.
The day's programme may be subject to change depending on the weather.
