Hire a 6. 30 m, 40-hp dinghy and set off to discover the beauty of the Salento coastline! You can follow any itinerary you like and admire Grotta Azzurra, Grotta Zinzulosa and all the other famous spots in the area. No boat licence needed!

What we will do
The meeting point is at the indicated time at the meeting point in Castro Marina (LE), where the organisers will be waiting for you.
After a brief explanation on the operation of the boat, a 6. 30 m, 40-hp dinghy, and some advice on the itinerary to follow, you will climb aboard and set off on your adventure along the Salento coast.
You could sail to the spectacular Grotta Palombara and Grotta Rotundella, both carved into the limestone rock over millennia, or head to Grotta Azzurra, where the water takes on blue or green tones, and Grotta Zinzulusa, to observe the characteristic formations hanging from the ceiling.
You could also stop at Grotta Romanelli, a site of incredible archaeological value, and Grotta delle Striare, whose appearance is shrouded in legend. And if that's not enough for you, we also recommend the Bay of Porto Miggiano, one of the most fascinating inlets in Salento, and Santa Cesarea Terme, which is an ideal spot for snorkelling.
In short, the options are finally there and all at your disposal. You don't need a licence: all you need is a pinch of creativity to create the perfect experience!
The activity will last a total of 4 hours or 9 hours, depending on the option chosen at the time of booking.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone with no age limit. A minimum age of 18 is required to hire and drive the boat. A boating licence is not necessary.
The boat is not wheelchair-accessible, but people with reduced mobility are welcome on board.
Other information
The activity takes place from April to September. When booking, it will be possible to select the "half-day" or "full-day" option, depending on one's preference.
The boat used is a 6. 30 m dinghy with a 40 HP engine. It is equipped with a sun canopy, a climbing ladder, comfortable seating and safety equipment. Food and drinks are allowed on board.
Please note: the price of fuel is not included in the fee and must be paid on site (in cash) at the end of the experience. In addition, a deposit of 60 euros in cash must be paid at the time of hire, which will be returned at the end of the activity.
By requesting this in advance via the contact details in the booking confirmation e-mail and paying a surcharge on site, it will be possible to have a cooler with ice on board.
Small dogs are allowed.
On-site parking spaces are available for a fee; it is also possible to reserve a private parking space with shuttle service by contacting the organisers after confirmation. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
