Full description
Discover the Gulf of Orosei with a skippered dinghy tour!
You will stop at Cala Mariolu, Cala Biriola and Cala Luna. The latter, in particular, will amaze you with its golden beach, turquoise sea and cliffs with thickets of oleander and Mediterranean maquis; this panorama will keep you company while you toast on board with a glass of prosecco.
You will continue sailing to the Grotta della Madonnina and the Grotta Azzurra, where your day on board will end.
What we will do
We will meet 15 minutes before 08:30 at the meeting point in Arbatax (NU). We will set off on board our dinghy for a day of discovery of the wonders of the Gulf of Orosei!
The tour includes three stops with swimming at Cala Mariolu, Cala Biriola and Cala Luna. The first will amaze us with its beach of white pebbles reminiscent of many snowflakes; we will land in this inlet surrounded by a 500-metre high cliff, which falls steeply into a sea of blue and turquoise hues.
We will continue on to Cala Biriola, a true paradise for snorkelling enthusiasts thanks to its crystal-clear water rich in fish. And finally we will land at Cala Luna, which with its 800 metres of golden sand is considered the pearl of the Gulf of Orosei.
In addition to swimming in the sea of the coves, there will also be a 15-minute swim stop offshore to experience the thrill of a dive away from the coast. Before landing at Cala Luna, we will toast on board with a glass of prosecco; arrival at the cove is scheduled for lunchtime so we can choose whether to eat a packed lunch or enjoy a gastronomic break at a restaurant on the beach.
Once the break is over, we will resume sailing and along the way we will be able to admire many natural wonders of which the skipper will tell us details and curiosities. In particular, we will spot the enormous spire-shaped rock of Pedra Longa, the Fiordi di Capo Monte Santo, the Grotta della Madonnina and the Grotta Azzurra.
We will return to the starting point after 9 hours of exciting sailing.
Who it is aimed at
The excursion is suitable for everyone without age limit; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.

The tour runs from June to September and is confirmed upon reaching a minimum number of 6 participants.
The experience takes place subject to weather and sea conditions at the organiser's discretion.
The boat is an 8-metre dinghy , without a canopy or shower. Each dinghy can carry a maximum of 12 passengers; the organiser has 3 dinghies at his disposal.
No footwear is allowed on board the boat, you will be barefoot.
Dogs are not allowed on board.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
