They know this well at Fattoria di Corsignano, where you can sit down for a tasting dinner with wine pairings. At this organic estate in the Chianti Classico region, you will discover how Sangiovese can be the ideal companion for traditional Tuscan dishes in a warm and familiar atmosphere.
A 2-hour experience that includes a guided tour through the rows of vines, a tour of the cellar and a 4-course menu with 4 glasses of organic wine to match!
What we will do
The appointment is at the indicated time at the Fattoria di Corsignano in Castelnuovo Berardenga, in the province of Siena, in the frame of the Chianti Classico region. We will be welcomed by our guide, who will accompany us on a discovery of this family-run estate.
The tour will begin with a walk through the vineyards and olive groves of the estate, where we will be able to admire the Sienese landscape and understand the importance of biodiversity for organic farming. We will then continue inside the winery, visiting the rooms where the must ferments and the wine rests.
Finally, we will sit down at the table for dinner (or lunch) . The menu, which varies according to seasonality, includes a complete gastronomic journey:
- trio of Tuscan starters
- bis of traditional first courses
- main course with side dish
- dessert
During the meal, we will taste 4 glasses of house wine , selected to create the perfect accompaniment for each course, from starter to dessert.
The experience will last approximately 2 hours in total .
Who it is aimed at
The experience is recommended for persons aged 18 and over, as the wine tasting is reserved for adults only. Any accompanying under-age persons may participate in the experience by consuming dishes from the a la carte menu.
The venue is wheelchair and pushchair accessible.

The experience takes place all year round, Monday to Saturday for dinner and Sunday for lunch, and is confirmed for a minimum number of 2 people.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
