Ever experienced the thrill ofscuba diving? Then you are in the right place, because in the magical setting of theCapo Caccia Marine Protected Area - Isola Piana in Sardinia you will have the opportunity to experience your first dive as a protagonist with an instructor dedicated just to you!
The activity consists of an introductory lesson at the diving centre in Tramariglio to learn how to use the equipment, communicate underwater, and perform safety manoeuvres. You will then enter the water and dive to a depth of 4 m to admire the magnificent seabed. Are you ready?
What we will do
The appointment is at the diving centre in Tramariglio, in the heart of theCapo Caccia marine area, famous for its beautiful seabed and crystal-clear waters.
The activity will begin with an introductory lesson, during which theinstructor will introduce us to the world of recreational diving and illustrate the equipment, its correct use, and the main safety manoeuvres. Together with him we will learn how to dress, adjust equipment, understand the functions of each accessory, and recognise the main signals and gestures with which to communicate underwater.
We will then reach the beach in front of the diving centre and set off on our first dive, which includes a half-hour tour of the seabed of the Marine Area. For safety reasons, the dive will always remain within the 4 m depth limit.
Once the experience is over, participants will be able to continue with the first level Open Water Diver course and delve deeper into the world of scuba diving.
The activity lasts a total of about 2½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is easy and suitable for anyone who has the desire to dive for the first time, from the age of 10. For minors, a parent's consent is required.
Good aquatics skills are recommended. Participants should inform the organisers in the event of particular respiratory conditions or anxiety.

The activity is available from June to September.
Any accompanying persons may stay in the diving centre during the dive.
