In Isola Rossa, Sardinia, a Discovery Scuba Diving experience is waiting for you to turn your curiosity into an unforgettable underwater adventure! You will dive for the first time with an experienced instructor to a maximum depth of 12 metres and explore the magnificent waters of the area.

What we will do
We’ll meet at the selected time at the meeting point in Isola Rossa, a hamlet in the municipality of Trinità d’Agultu e Vignola (SS) .The instructor will be there to welcome us and guide us on our first diving adventure!
We’ll start with a briefing, during which we’ll go over the concepts covered in the short online theory module that the instructor will send us a few days before the activity. We’ll then be issued with the necessary equipment (wetsuit, BCD, regulator, mask, fins, booties, cylinder, weights – all included) and board the dinghy, which will take us to the dive site in about 5 minutes.
Once in the water, we’ll carry out a few exercises to familiarise ourselves with the equipment and prepare for the actual dive, such as clearing our masks, equalising and retrieving the regulator if necessary. Then, when we feel ready, we’ll dive for 20 minutes to a maximum depth of 12 metres.
Breathing underwater for the first time will be a thrilling experience and will give us the chance to explore the seabed in the area and spot groupers, sea bream, octopuses, starfish and barracudas.
After exploring the depths, we’ll return to the dinghy, where a light refreshment of water, tea and biscuits will be waiting for us to top up our energy levels. Finally, we’ll head back to the starting point.
The activity will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable from the age of 10; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
You must be in good health to participate. People with colds, asthma or heart disease cannot take part. Scuba diving 24 hours before an aeroplane flight is not recommended.
The activity is not accessible to people in wheelchairs or with reduced mobility.
The experience is of an easy level and is suitable for first-time divers. No licence is required to participate.
Other information
The experience takes place from June to September.
The dive site is reached by an inflatable boat ride of a few minutes.
There are toilets, changing rooms, showers and a storage room for valuables on site. In addition, watertight bags are available on request to store personal belongings that we would like to take with us during the activity.
Any accompanying persons can wait at the diving centre or on the beach in front of it. Dogs are not allowed here but there is a dedicated beach not far from the centre.
On-site parking is available for a fee. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is last minute. You get a full refund if you cancel within 24 hours from the activity start. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
