Full description
Dive into the waters ofPianosa Island and discover the wonders of its seabed, exploring aprotected marine area of high biological and naturalistic value.
Our expert instructors will guide you to the most beautiful dive spots, where you can spot a myriad of marine creatures and experience unique emotions.
The activity includes a double dive and is reserved for certified divers.
What we will do
The activity begins with a meeting at 8 a.m. at the diving centre in Naregno on theisland of Elba. There we will meet the instructors who will provide us with tanks and ballasts , and we will be able to rent the remaining equipment in case we need it.
In about an hour's dinghy ride, we will reach theIsland of Pianosa, famous among divers for its crystal-clear waters andpristine ecosystem protected by the establishment of amarine protected area that regulates entry, prohibits fishing and navigation within a certain radius, and in this way preserves the immense biological heritage of its seabed.
The two 50-minute dives will take place within the biological protection zone, which can only be accessed by accredited divers (buoys SP 2, SP 3, SP 5,SP 6 and SP 7) and are open to a limited number of up to 9 experienced divers. In such a protected and preserved environment, it will be a privilege to dive and discover the wonders of nature!
In total, the activity will last about 5 hours.

This activity is at an intermediate-advanced level and is reserved for experienced divers with a licence, aged 14 years and above.
Other information
This activity can be carried out from May to October, depending on weather and sea conditions, and is confirmed upon reaching 9 participants.
Diving within the biological protection zone is restricted and regulated by the directives of the competent authorities, so the actual feasibility of the activity is to be assessed on a case-by-case basis. After the booking request, you will receive more information.

The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
