Enjoy a fascinating itinerary on two wheels and discover the heart of Gallura, pedalling through pasture land and lush vegetation.
Accompanied by an expert guide, you will discover the most evocative corners of theOlbia hinterland, at the foot of Mount Plebi and Mount Pino, stopping at a typical country church with ancient charm.
If your legs can hold out, you can go as far as Sant'Antonio di Gallura to enjoy a splendid panorama of Lake Liscia.
What we will do
We will meet the guide at Sole Ruju, in Olbia (SS). Time for the handover of the e-bikes and an introductory briefing and we will set off on our tour in the direction of the hinterland, towards Monte Plebi and Monte Pino.
The route will be a succession of beautiful views and unspoilt nature. We will enjoy the coolness of the woods and the tranquillity of an area that is quieter than the beaches. We will make a stop at the country church of San Giacomo, with the possibility of continuing to Sant'Antonio di Gallura to reach a suggestive viewpoint over Lake Liscia.
The route will be a mixture of asphalt and dirt road, alternating climbs and descents. The first part of the route, up to the Church of San Giacomo, is simple and suitable for everyone. The second part, up to Sant'Antonio di Gallura, is instead more complex and suitable for those who are trained.
The continuation of the route is optional. The complete itinerary is 60 km long with 1,300 m of altitude difference and is completed in about 5 hours. However, it is possible to shorten the route depending on the level of the group.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is of medium level and is open from 14 years of age. No special physical abilities are required, just the ability to ride a bicycle.

This activity can be carried out from April to October, subject to weather conditions and guide availability, and is confirmed with a minimum of 2 participants.
For groups of more than 5 people, please book at least 3 days in advance.
The departuretime may vary depending on requests and/or the organisational needs of the guide. It will be confirmed at the time of booking.
On request, a transfer to the excursion starting point can be arranged with the guide.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
