Enjoy a hot-air balloon flight over the plains and hills of Piedmont, with views of vineyards and historic towns in the Mondovì area , Italy's hot-air balloon capital.
Floating through the sky aboard a hot-air balloon and admiring the panorama in a unique way will be an extraordinary experience. Share it with the people you love most with the exclusive flight: apart from the pilot, only you and whoever you want to take with you will be on board the wicker basket.
After the show of inflating the hot-air balloon, an exciting one-hour flight awaits you in which you will experience the thrill of floating through the sky. Finally, what better way to end the experience than with a tasty breakfast?
What we will do
The appointment is in the morning in Mondovì (the exact address will be communicated to you by the organiser a few days before the flight). On your arrival you will be able to watch the balloon inflating operations and the ignition of the balloon.
Before setting off, you will be given a briefing on behaviour and safety rules, and when the time comes, you will enter the wicker basket together with the pilot. Once at altitude, you will let the wind choose the direction of your journey through the sky.
You will fly over the city of Mondovì and see the Alps up close and the Langhe in the distance.
After about an hour's flight, you will prepare to return to the ground. The wind will choose the field in which to land. Once on the ground, you will board the organiser's vehicles that will take you back to the starting point and you will then enjoy a hearty breakfast.
The activity lasts about 2½ hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from 6 years of age, with aminimum height of 120 cm and a maximum weight of 130 kg.
Children aged between 6 and 12 can only board if accompanied by a parent.
Pregnant women, people with cardiovascular or pulmonary diseases or suffering from osteoporosis, psychiatric disorders or with prosthetic limbs or walking problemscannot fly. In addition, it is forbidden to fly while under the influence of drugs or alcohol and to anyone who has been diving in the 24 hours preceding the flight.

The activity takes place in the morning all year round, weather permitting.
Important: the flight times indicated in the calendar are approximate and vary depending on the time of year and weather conditions. A few days before the activity, you will receive an email from the organisers confirming the time and address. Always check the email before you go!
If 3 adults and 1 child (6-12 years) participate, you can take advantage of the reduced fare for the child and fly 4. Write to us privately for more information.
You are not allowed to bring any items on board, with the exception of camera equipment and binoculars (which must be contained in appropriate bags stowed before landing).
Smoking is prohibited on the take-off and landing field, on the balloon or in any of the organisation's vehicles. The hot air balloon is fuelled with highly flammable liquid propane.
