Full description
Spend a whole day on board a private boat. Skipper and hostess will take you on an exciting tour of the Bay of Taormina, interspersed with swimming stops at the most beautiful spots and snorkelling to discover the corals on the seabed.
You will get up close to Cape Taormina, the two characteristic rocks of the Fico and the Elephant, the marvellous islet ofIsola Bella, the extraordinary Grotta Azzurra with its emerald green and turquoise water, and the two bays of San Nicolò and Sirene.
The most exciting spectacle, however, will be at sunset, when you will see the sun disappear over the horizon and the dolphins leap over the water.
What we will do
We will meet at 10 a.m. at the port of Giardini Naxos, where we will board a modern 10-metre motorboat for our exclusive use. The boat is equipped with a cabin and sundeck at the stern and at the bow has all the comforts to allow us a pleasant and relaxing day.
Once ready, we will set sail to discover from the sea perspective all the beauty of the Bay of Taormina. We will admire Cape Taormina, the Scoglio del Fico, the extraordinary Isola Bella , with its Mediterranean vegetation, and the Grotta Azzurra. Depending on the light reflecting on the water inside the cave, the colour changes from emerald green to turquoise. This is a truly unique effect to be immortalised in photos and souvenir videos.
Leaving the Blue Grotto behind, the tour will continue to the Baia delle Sirene, the Baia di San Nicolò and the characteristic Scoglio dell'Elefante.
The tour will be interspersed with stops for swimming at the most beautiful spots. We will be able to dive directly from the boat and, wearing a mask and snorkel, observe the seabed of this stretch of coastline, where there is no shortage of coral.
We can also enjoy the moment when the sun sets on the horizon and tinges the sky above Taormina pink. If we are lucky, we will also experience the exciting sight of dolphins swimming at sunset. Finally, we will return to the port of departure at around 6pm, after about 8 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is for everyone. It is not necessary to know how to swim because the boat is equipped with life jackets for use during swimming breaks.

Private excursions take place every day from 20 May to 20 September, weather permitting.
On request, we can request lunch or an aperitif on board. Please contact the organiser at the contact details provided with your booking confirmation.
We will be on board an elegant motor boat that is 10 m long and 3.5 m wide, built in 2017 and equipped with every comfort, including a cabin that sleeps 2, an awning, sundeck fore and aft, galley, WC and deck shower. Dogs are not allowed on board.
Snorkelling enthusiasts can bring all their equipment with them and the skipper will direct the boat to spots where the seabed is rich in corals.

If you have made a fixed-date booking and the weather conditions are not suitable for safely carrying out the activity (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be fully refunded. The guide may offer you an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to accept or decline these proposals. If you cannot reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund!
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
