Do you have animportant occasion to celebrate? Would you like to have anunforgettable experience with your family or a special person? An exclusive hot-air balloon flight is the ideal choice!
You will fly atdawn soaring over the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines National Park in absolute silence broken only by the sound of the burner. Overlooking the wicker basket, you will admire the splendid landscape below, including expanses of green, mountain profiles and small perched villages. You will be accompanied by the sun, which will begin to peep over the horizon and colour the atmosphere with magical lights and hues.
Guided by an experienced pilot, you will enjoy the flight in complete peace and safety. It will be a truly magical moment to share with those you love most.
What we will do
The meeting point will be in Carpineti, in the province of Reggio Emilia. You can decide whether to prepare the balloon together with the crew or simply watch the operations. Having heated the air inside the balloon, it will be time to take off.
You will be carried away by the wind, at its speed and direction, above the Appennino Tosco-Emiliano National Park. The landscape below will be a real surprise: rock formations, small mountain villages, dense forests, green expanses and the silhouettes of higher mountains in the background. This environment is home to many species of wild animals, which are often encountered during the flight. To make it even more special, there will be the magical atmosphere of dawn and the total stillness that reigns in these areas.
Upon landing, you will be offered a breakfast of typical products. If this is your first time aboard a hot-air balloon, there will be a 'baptism of flight' ritual, with a sparkling wine toast and the presentation of a certificate signed directly by the pilot. After that, you will be escorted by the crew back to the starting point.
The activity lasts about three hours, of which one hour is actual flying time.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is easy and suitable for everyone. However, there are restrictions for pregnant women, people with serious heart problems or those with limited mobility in their lower limbs.
The minimum age to participate is 8 years, with a minimum height of 120 cm.

Attention. You must arrive at the meeting point approximately 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Important: flight times vary depending on the time of year and weather conditions, as does the take-off point in exceptional cases. A few days before the activity, you will receive an email from the pilot confirming the time and address. Always check the email before leaving! If you have not received a message, please contact the pilot by phone at the contact details given in your booking confirmation.

Comfortable, seasonal clothing (in flight, the temperature does not vary significantly from the ground but it is always recommended to dress in layers).

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
