It’s not quite a climb, but just as thrilling: we’re talking about this fantastic via ferrata!
Set off from Sant’Antonino di Susa, in the province of Turin, and follow a mountain guide along a secured route that will take you to the summit of Monte Pirchiriano: you’ll be able to visit the marvellous Sacra di San Michele!

What we will do
The meeting is at the time shown on the calendar at the meeting point in Sant'Antonino di Susa (TO). The mountain guide who will be accompanying you on this adventure will be waiting for you there!
Once you’ve put on your helmet and harness, you’ll take part in a briefing to learn the main techniques for moving along the route and the safety rules to follow during the activity. Afterwards, you’ll take a short walk to reach the start of the via ferrata.
You’ll make your way along the via ferrata, tackling a route with an elevation gain of around 600 metres. The route features steps and sections where you’ll need to stretch out, allowing you to test your skills on a route suited to your ability.
You’ll finally reach the summit of Monte Pirchiriano, where you can admire the magnificent Sacra di San Michele, an old medieval abbey perched on a rocky outcrop. You’ll also be able to enjoy an incredible view over the upper valley and the Turin plain.
You’ll then return to the meeting point along an easy path, which doesn’t require any special equipment.
The experience will last a total of 6 hours.

This activity is suitable for those aged 14 and over. Those under 18 must be accompanied by an adult participant.
The activity is classified as easy.

The experience takes place all year round, on a private basis.
Please note! To take part, you must wear trainers or walking boots and bring the necessary harness for the via ferrata and a helmet to wear during the activity. If you do not have the necessary equipment, you can hire it on site for around 30 euros.
Dogs are not permitted.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is moderate. You get a full refund if you cancel within 8 days from the activity start date. Within 7 and 5 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
