First time on a via ferrata

This was our first via ferrata, so I don’t have much to compare it with, but we thoroughly enjoyed it. Our guide, Riccardo, was very friendly and knowledgeable. The scenery was breathtaking, and the climb was challenging enough to be interesting, but easy enough for beginners to complete.

A great morning climb with beautiful views and a nice challenge.

We had a great time. It was easy to book. Our guide, Edouardo, was superb. A good climb. It’s classified as an easy grade, but it’s a good challenge. I’m quite fit, but I’m 64. Just the two of us and the guide completed the climb. A great day rounded off with a nice beer and a meal in the French nature park just a few kilometres up the road in France, which Edouardo recommended.
