Mum, when I grow up I want to be a cowboy.
Realise your inner child's dream by taking part in our cowboy day in the province of Piacenza: you will learn the basics of horse riding and learn how to use the lasso, like a real cowboy. All in the characteristic setting of a ranch, inspired by the settings of the United States of America.
An experience of over 1 hour, which will make you exclaim "Heeeaaah"!
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Pianello Val Tidone (PC). We will be welcomed by the guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants, we will immerse ourselves in the reality of the ranch: the guide will tell the story of the alliance between man and horse, a profound connection that we will learn to establish during this experience. He will also introduce us to the figure of the cowboy, a herdsman who manages the cows, typically found on ranches in the United States of America.
And it is the latter who will guide us through the experience: we will enter a fenced-in field, where we will learn about the cowboy's equipment as well as how to use the lasso on a mock cow. Once familiar with the rope, we will meet the horse: we will train in ground taming and then mount the saddle and learn the basics of riding.
To finish our transformation into cowboys, we will combine what we have learnt so far and try our hand at lassoing a horse cow!
The experience will last about 1 ½ hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 16 and over. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first time horseback rider.

The experience takes place all year round.
Leashed dogs of any accompanying persons are allowed: please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to indicate the presence of your four-legged friend. Any accompanying persons may attend the experience free of charge.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
