Full description
What makes a child genuinely happy? If you are thinking of a video game, you are sadly mistaken.
Take the whole family to Viggianello, in the Pollino National Park, and spend two hours on an educational farm, (re)discovering nature and local traditions.
Come on, switch off your phone: true happiness awaits you in the open air!
What we will do
The meeting will take place at the meeting point in Viggianello (PZ), at the time selected during the booking process. We will be welcomed by our guide, ready to carry out his mission: to provide 2 hours of authentic discovery for young and old alike!
During our didactic farm experience, in fact, we will be able to touch an increasingly rare and precious reality, that of deep contact with nature. We will gather fresh eggs, feed the animals and learn about their enchanted world.
Our trusty companions will be donkeys, goats, ducks, chickens, along with Ciro, a very tender pony. During our adventure, we will be able to make friends with the animals, cuddling them and discovering their characteristics, so that we can approach this incredible reality with love.
What will make our experience even more special will be the cooking workshop: we will work with flour, make gnocchi or pasta and bake delicious scones. If possible, we will also have fun learning about theart of cheese making, learning how to turn milk into cottage cheese.
We will also learn about the cultivation of the white poor bean, a typical species of the Pollino Park. To conclude, we will enjoy a few final surprises: riddles, a treasure hunt and a thousand emotions to share with the whole family.
The experience will last 2 hours, at the end of which the little ones will receive a certificate certifying that they are real hikers!

The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 5 years.
The activity is suitable for persons with reduced mobility or in wheelchairs, subject to prior notification to the organiser.

The activity is available all year round, and is confirmed on reaching a minimum of 4 participants.
Dogs are welcome if socialised: report their presence in advance to the organiser at the contact details given in the booking email.
The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport. Free parking is available on site.
