When you wake up, you will not hear the rooster crow. But the sheep bleating!
This is what awaits you by participating in our tasteful stay in the province of Cuneo: the package includes overnight stay with breakfast, a guided tour of the dairy and cheese tasting.

What we will do
Check-in is from 15: 30 to 20: 00 at the meeting point in Bossolaschetto, a hamlet of Bossolasco (CN) . You will stay in a bed & breakfast with cheese factory, run by a family of Sardinian origin with an important cheese-making tradition.
On reception you will receive the keys to your double room: the accommodation consists of a bedroom with topper and memory foam pillows (equipped with heating, Wi-Fi connection, bed linen, flat-screen TV, desk, mini-bar and herbal tea corner) and a private bathroom (equipped with toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer, towels and personal hygiene products) .
During your stay, you will take part in a cheese workshop and tasting session: you will meet the sheep, goats and lambs that live in the cowshed, with the possibility of milking a sheep; you will enter the dairy to watch the transformation of milk into cheese; and finally, you will taste several cheeses produced in the dairy. The experience will last about three hours.
The next morning, you will be greeted with a sweet and savoury breakfast buffet with local products: assorted croissants, assorted jams and creams, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cold meats and cheeses from the farm. To start the day in the best possible way!

The experience takes place all year round. The outdoor swimming pool is accessible from May to September.
The workshop and cheese tasting will take place in the company of other guests.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
