Once upon a time there was a knight in a castle in the province of Varese.
Or rather, in a prestigious Art Nouveau villa (which we like even better) . Take part in our experiential stay in the province of Varese: the package includes overnight stay with breakfast and dinner, horse riding and much more.
To spend a fabulous day (and night) !
What we will do
Check-in is from 4 p. m. at the meeting point in Viggiù (VA). You will stay in a prestigious 19th-century villa, framed by a lush park that guards this jewel of the province of Varese.
At the reception you will receive the keys to your room: it consists of a king-size bed and private bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, towels and personal hygiene products; equipped with wardrobe, Smart LED TV, minibar, kettle, coffee machine, air conditioning/heating and Wi-Fi connection. All rooms are furnished in Art Nouveau and Belle Époque style, as is the entire villa; a prestigious private art collection can also be admired inside.
Your stay will be enriched by a horseback ride: the equestrian guide will deliver the equipment, help you mount the saddle and provide all the information you need for a carefree experience. You will ride through the natural scenery surrounding the villa, retracing the history of the First World War and enjoying the panoramic view of Lake Como and Lake Ceresio. At the end of your horseback ride, you can relax in the wellness area of the villa: outdoor swimming pool with whirlpool accessible in spring and summer; sauna accessible all year round.
If you select the "with breakfast and dinner" option, you will end the day with dinner in the villa's main dining room: the set menu consists of 3 courses, traditional recipes based on local ingredients. A chef, who has come to the villa for this exclusive occasion, will prepare them!
The next morning, the good morning will be served with a sweet and savoury breakfast buffet.

Who it is aimed at
The experience is for adults only.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate in the horseback ride.
The horse ride is of an easy level and suitable as a first time in the saddle.

The experience takes place throughout the year.
The horseback riding, dinner and breakfast may take place in the company of other guests (each at their own table) .

What happens in case of bad weather?
The experiences included in the stay plus experience packages are subject to weather conditions. If the experience cannot take place due to bad weather or other causes of force majeure, you can choose between a refund for the experience that did not take place or rescheduling the activity for another date (if available). However, the stay cannot be refunded or rescheduled if the terms of the package cancellation policy have already expired.
Can I change the date selected for my stay?
