Do you love nature and animals and are you attracted by the world of birds of prey?
Don't miss this unique experience in Brianza: 2 hours in contact with barn owls, owls, eagles and many other species whose secrets you can discover.
Alone or accompanied by your family, you will be able to watch theexciting flight of these birds and call them to you to glide over your fist. In short, get ready to become a falconer for a day!
What we will do
We will meet in Ornago (MB), at the time chosen during the booking process.
We will welcome you to our centre, a special place built by veterinary doctor Francesca , where several endangered animals are rescued, cured and adopted every year.
We will spend the first half hour visiting all the aviaries, learning about the 56 birds of prey that live here including barn owls, tawny owls, owls, vultures, buzzards, falcons, kestrels and eagles. We will learn their curious names (inspired by Lord of the Rings), biology and habits of each species.
After that, we will move on to a demonstration lasting about 20 minutes, in which falconers will fly some of the birds of prey, including the eagle. Then it will be time to test ourselves: after putting on the glove, we will be able to take part in theflying experience, drawing the animals from the falconer's fist to our own fist.
Some species such as buzzards andvultures can be called directly from the trees as we stroll over the grounds of the property. And, beware, the buzzard may surprise us with some small but spectacular acrobatics!
The last part of the activity will be dedicated tointeraction with nocturnal birds of prey, with the possibility of petting them and getting to know them.
We will say goodbye at the end of the meeting, after 2 hours of experience.
Who it is aimed at
The activity is suitable for everyone from the age of 4.
Minors must be accompanied by an adult, who can watch the activity (but not actively participate in it) at a cost of €10.
Participation is also possible in a wheelchair.

The activity is available every day, all year round, and is confirmed with a minimum of 3 participants.
In the event ofwind or conditions unsuitable for raptor flight, the organisers may cancel the activity or propose an alternative date for it to take place.
Discounted rates are available for families consisting of 2 parents and 1 or more children under the age of 10: contact us to book your family package.
The centre is easily accessible by car from Milan in about 30 minutes and is close to a bus stop connected to Trezzo sull'Adda. There is a bar inside the centre.
