Take part in our falconry experience in the province of Turin: not only will you learn about these fascinating creatures but, just like a real falconer, you will be able to fly and call a bird of prey to your fist!
A 2-hour experience, on the wings of adventure.
What we will do
The appointment is 10 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Cantalupa (TO). We will be welcomed by the aviary-guide who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants, we will immediately find ourselves surrounded by aviaries inhabited by numerous specimens including Olympia (the European griffon vulture) , Zeus (the eagle owl) , Freya (the Harris's buzzard) and Yoda the barn owl!
The experience will begin with an introduction to the world of birds of prey and falconry, accompanied by a presentation of the specimens. Normally barn owls and Harris's buzzards take part in the activity; it will also be possible to take a photo with a steppe owl or eagle! The guide will provide all the information you need for a carefree experience; this will last about 20 minutes.
We will then reach the flying area, where our "transformation" will take place: we will put on the falconer's glove and experience the unique thrill of flying and calling a bird of prey! Each participant will be able to make several calls, interacting directly with the birds involved.
In addition, there will be a sweet welcome or final greeting with coffee, tea and biscuits. The experience will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 5 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult paying the participant fee. A maximum of 2 minor participants per 1 adult participant is permitted.
The experience is accessible to persons with non-motor disabilities. Please contact the guide at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to indicate the presence of a person with a non-motor disability.
Other information
The experience takes place all year round on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
Dogs are not allowed.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
