A special experience

It was meant to be a present for my mum, but it turned out to be a present for me as well. A thrilling and enriching experience. The various birds of prey are fascinating creatures and, although I know nothing about them, you could tell they were at ease and well looked after. The passion and love that Mr Giovanni has for these animals is deeply moving; for me, who adores horses just as much as he does, it was wonderful to meet a kindred spirit. We learnt so many interesting facts that left us absolutely amazed; it was a surprise to hear my mum telling other people about this day with such enthusiasm… And then there was the thrill of having the little owl Arturo, the barn owl Chiara and the falcon Freccia perched on my glove, with those piercing eyes. Not to mention when Circe the buzzard flew right onto my glove. And the honey, the olive oil, the lavender and saffron biscuits were all a must-try. Everything was brilliant!

A wonderful experience

An hour and a half spent at a wonderful educational farm, together with some fantastic birds of prey and other lovely animals. Luca welcomed us into his world with professionalism and warmth, and shared with us all his passion for his birds of prey and the other animals. We were able to observe some amazing birds, spend time amongst them and let them fly. It really was a wonderful experience, one to remember and definitely repeat in the future. Thank you, Luca!!

A unique opportunity to get closer to the world of Falconry!

A unique experience in the Cantalupa countryside, highly recommended for anyone who wants to approach falconry in an authentic way. Giselle and Alessandro welcomed us with great kindness and expertise, guiding us among buzzards, owls (including a sleepy eagle owl), falcons, griffins, barn owls, tiny tropical scops owls and even a golden eagle. Each bird of prey was presented to us with its name, history and special features. The passion with which they are cared for is evident. The hands-on experience with the falconer's glove - calling the birds of prey, landing them and releasing them into the air - was exciting and engaging. Besides the educational aspect, we felt welcomed as friends. An experience we will carry in our hearts. Thank you!
