A unique experience awaits you in the province of Livorno: you will learn the basic breathing techniques together with an expert instructor and try your hand at various static apnea exercises.
Get ready for an adventure that will put you to the test and give you much satisfaction!
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Livorno (LI) . Awaiting us will be the instructor who will guide us in this first apnea experience.
After an initial welcoming moment, we will begin by devoting about 1 hour to the mental aspect of practising this discipline and the breathing to be maintained. We will learn how to prepare our lungs and our minds properly, discovering that holding our breath is not a challenge of strength, but an exercise in relaxation and managing the situation!
Afterwards, we will move to the pool for another hour focused on static apnea. Together with the instructor, we will learn about safety protocols, correct posture and controlling the sensations that come from being submerged for a long time. We will do several targeted exercises, adapted to our abilities, and discover the basics of this fascinating reality.
The experience will last a total of 2 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 16 and over; unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 may participate after signing a waiver from a responsible adult.
To participate in the activity, it is not necessary to know how to swim, but good aquatic skills are essential.
You must be in good health to participate. In case of uncertainty, consult your doctor.
The activity is suitable for a first experience of freediving.
Other information
The experience takes place throughout the year.
Please note. During the summer months, the experience will take place in an outdoor pool. During the winter months, however, the activity will be in an indoor pool.
There are toilets, changing rooms, showers and a storage room for valuables on site.
Any accompanying persons with leashed dogs can wait at the meeting point.
Free parking is available on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
