Full description
The horse will soon become your favourite animal.
Take part in our first equestrian experience in the province of Modena: in the company of a riding instructor, you will become familiar with this marvellous animal until you mount the saddle and experience the thrill of your first horseback ride.
A 2-hour experience, suitable for young and old, to be amazed once again by nature (and yourself) !
What we will do
The appointment is at the selected time at the meeting point in Serramazzoni (MO) . We will be welcomed by the riding instructor who will accompany us on this first horse riding adventure!
On arrival, we will meet our adventure companions: Biscotto, Tequila, Spirit, Refoli and the other horses in the riding stable. We will then proceed with the assignment of a steed, which at the end of the experience will prove to be our new best friend.
Our acquaintance with the animal will begin with an interaction on the ground: we will learn to approach, listen to and communicate with the animal also and above all through our sense of touch. With the right equipment, we will clean and saddle it during the activity we will practise together. Also during this time , the instructor will be constantly present to provide instructions and advice for a carefree experience. This part will last approximately 30 minutes.
Next, we will enter the field together with our companion: we will mount and learn the basics of riding. This part will last approximately 1 hour, allowing us to become familiar with our new role as a rider.
And finally, we will experience the thrill of our first horseback ride! Always accompanied by the reassuring instructor, we will proceed at pace around the riding school, enjoying the view from a new and unique perspective: in the saddle of our steed! The horseback ride will last approximately 30 minutes.
We will then return to the meeting point. The experience will last approximately 2 hours in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 5 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
A maximum weight of 120 kg is required to participate.
The experience is suitable for people with disabilities: please contact the instructor at the contact details given in your booking confirmation email to indicate the presence of a disabled participant.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable as a first approach and horseback ride for children and adults who are particularly timid.

The experience takes place throughout the year.
Programme and duration of the experience may vary according to the needs of individual participants at the discretion of the instructor.
Dogs are not allowed.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point cannot be reached by public transport.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
