You never forget your first time.
And indeed, you will remember our first horse riding experience in the province of Teramo: in the company of a riding instructor, you will learn about and consciously approach the animal. Finally, you will mount the saddle, learn the basics of horse riding and ride for the first time.
A 1-hour experience, at the end of which you will not want to get out of the saddle!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in Castelnuovo Vomano, a hamlet of Castellalto (TE) . We will find the riding instructor waiting for us, who will accompany us on this adventure!
Having gathered all the participants, we will get to know the stars of the experience: Albachiara, Jenny and the other horses! We will start by approaching the horse on the ground, brushing it and preparing it for the field experience. In the meantime, the instructor will provide all the information we need for a carefree experience.
After becoming familiar with our companion, we will mount the saddle and enter the field: the instructor will teach us the basics of horse riding, to learn how to communicate and manage the horse.
And before we know it, we will set off on a short horseback ride around the property: along the way we will greet the older horses and the other inhabitants of the property, from cows to chickens. The instructor will lead on horseback or on foot according to the participants' needs. The horse ride will last approximately 20 minutes.
The experience will last approximately 1 hour in total.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 6 and up. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
A maximum weight of 100 kg is required to participate.
Other information
The experience takes place all year round.
Dogs on a lead are allowed.
There is free parking on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
