A paragliding flight... with a sea view!
Take off from San Giuliano Terme on board a two-seater paraglider in the company of a flight instructor: you will spend 20 minutes in the air, lulled by the current, enjoying the panorama of the Pisan coastline.
An opportunity, literally, 'to be grabbed on the fly'!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time in San Giuliano Terme (PI). Awaiting you will be the pilot who will accompany you on this paragliding experience!
Each of you in your own car (or together if you buy the additional transfer) will move to reach the take-off point where the pilot will give a briefing on how the paraglider works and on the rules of behaviour and safety. Afterwards, you will put on your helmet and harness and finally be ready for take-off.
You will take off with a short run-up and within seconds you will be in the air supported by the updrafts. During the approximately 20-minute flight, you will admire the panorama of the Pisan coastline and see the sea on the horizon! For the entire duration of the flight you will be comfortably seated , observing the landscape. Everything else will be taken care of by the pilot, concluding with a soft landing near the initial rendezvous.
The experience will last about 1 hour in total .
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for ages 7 and up; children under the age of 18 must be accompanied to the meeting point by an adult.
A weight between 20 kg and 130 kg is required to participate in the activity.
The experience is of an easy level and suitable for a first paragliding flight.
Other information
Caution! Paragliding is a weather-dependent activity. The pilot will contact you the evening before the date to confirm or postpone the experience based on the latest weather report.
The activity is available all year round and will be confirmed on weekdays when there are at least 3 participants.
There is a car park on site. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
It will be possible to request a video souvenir of the experience by paying an additional fee directly on site to the pilot. Please contact the pilot at the contact details given in your booking confirmation e-mail for more information.
The take-off point can be reached by car free of charge.
Onrequest, a simultaneous flight for up to 2 people is possible, subject to the availability of the pilot and an additional charge of €50 payable locally.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
