Give in to the rising wind currents and experience the thrill of a free paragliding flight over the skies of Capaccio-Paestum: adrenalin and wonder are guaranteed!
Admire the unique landscape of the Cilento mountains from above, just a few kilometres from thearchaeological site of Paestum and the sea, and feel as free as a hawk flying undisturbed with outstretched wings.
You will fly tandem with an expert instructor in complete safety and all you have to do is enjoy the experience to the full. Get ready to go, the excitement is served!
What we will do
You will meet the pilot near the Sanctuary of the Madonna del Granato, in Capaccio-Paestum (SA). From there you will move to high ground until you reach the take-off point. The pilot will prepare your equipment and give you all the instructions for a comfortable and safe flight.
Securely harnessed, it will be time to take off! All it takes is a short run downhill and in no time you will find yourself flying supported by the updrafts. Feeling free in the air and observing the world from above will be a unique emotion!
All around you you will see the green vegetation covering the mountains and fells and the blue sky. On clear days, your gaze will reach as far as the sea, making the experience even more atmospheric.
The duration of the flight can vary from 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the intensity of the currents that will brake the paraglider's descent to a soft landing. Taking into account travel and preparation time, the activity will last about 1 hour in total and will end at the meeting point.
Who it is aimed at
This activity is at an easy level. All people in good health, weighing between 30 and 110 kg can participate.

Attention! Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time of the activity.
Paragliding can be carried out all year round but is strictly dependent on weather and wind conditions. The course and time of the flight will be confirmed by the pilot the day before, after checking the latest weather report.
Would you like to carry out the experience at the same time as another person? At weekends , it is possible to fly with two pilots. To request this, please contact the pilot at the contact details you will receive by email with your booking confirmation.
The reflex photo service is optional and discounted to 10€ (instead of 15€) by purchasing the "Flight + video and photos" package (selectable in the booking box during purchase).

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
For this activity, the cancellation policy is flexible. You get a full refund if you cancel within 5 days from the activity start date. Within 4 and 3 days from the activity start date you will get a 50% refund. You can find the full policies in the Cancellation Policy section.
