Full description
Forest bathing, or 'forest bathing', is asensory experience to get in touch with the nature around us. An ancient practice that originated in Japan, it has arrived in the West thanks to the many benefits it brings.
On a guided path to the beautiful Lu Cugnuntu waterfall, you can observe the forest from a new perspective, listen to the sounds of nature and breathe in the essences released by the trees.
What we will do
The meeting point is in front of Caffè Parigi in Norcia, in the province of Perugia. Once we have met the guide and formed our group (4 to 15 participants), we will drive to the Borgo di San Lazzaro, where our forest bathing experience will begin.
We will take the path leading to the "Lu Cugnuntu" waterfall, immersing ourselves in the beautiful nature of the Sibillini Mountains. During our walk, we will be able to admire numerous woodland plants such as oaks, maples and ash trees and breathe in substances beneficial to the body and mind released by the trees, in particular monoterpenes. These natural elements have great therapeutic value, including strengthening the immune system and reducing stress hormones.
We will then reach a small stream that ends under a beautiful waterfall about 20 metres high and hidden between vertical limestone walls. There will be guided breathing exercises and tastings of some edible plants to engage all five senses, all immersed in unspoilt wilderness.
The activity lasts a total of one and a half hours.

This activity can be carried out in spring and summer, when the trees release their beneficial essences.

What happens in case of bad weather?
If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for the safe conduct of the activity (in the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for you to conduct the activity. You can freely choose whether or not to accept these proposals. If you can’t retrieve it, we will process a full refund! If you have set the date for your Gift Voucher and bad weather did not allow the activity to take place, the Voucher remains regularly valid until the expiration date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
