Crystal-clear sea, small islands and romantic villages: it is no coincidence that this stretch of sea is called the Gulf of Poets.
Get ready to experience a four-hour tour on board Blue, a typical Sorrentine gozzo. Between a photo of Portovenere and a swim, you can discover why the poet Byron loved this part of Liguria, catch a glimpse of the islands of Tino and Palmaria, and enjoy some delicacies on board.

What we will do
The rendezvous is in La Spezia, 15 minutes before the time indicated in the booking.
The skipper will welcome us on board the gozzo Blue and start the navigation that will take us after 45 minutes in front of Palmaria, a small island in the Ligurian sea of just 1.89 square kilometres.
From here we will reach the island of Tino, which is only 500 metres from Palmaria, for a swim stop of about 60 minutes (in the months when the temperatures allow it).
Back on board, we will head for Byron's Grotto, one of the most striking attractions of the Golfo dei Poeti, much loved by the famous English poet. After taking a few photos, we will pass below Portovenere, with the beautiful Church of San Pietro stretched out on the promontory.
Throughout the excursion we will be able to immerse ourselves in the atmosphere and history of the stops we visit, thanks to our skipper's stories. On board we can relax while sipping a glass of wine, prosecco or soft drink, accompanied by some Ligurian snacks such as focaccia or cold dishes.
Returning towards La Spezia, we will pass by Le Grazie and Fezzano, to return to port after a four-hour tour.
Who it is aimed at
The excursion is suitable for everyone, with no age limit. Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
The boat is not wheelchair accessible.
Other information
The excursion takes place daily from the end of March to the end of August, with a minimum of 6 participants.
In September and October, the 6-hour Gozzo Tour in the Gulf of Poets takes place.
The itinerary may vary depending on weather and sea conditions. In the colder months, bathing stops are not made.
You will travel on a typical 8 m long Sorrentine Blue gozzo , which can accommodate up to 7 passengers, and is equipped with an awning, freshwater shower, WC, refrigerator, kitchen, stereo system, sundeck with sofa and table for eating.
Food and beverages may be brought on board (for possible packed lunches). In the event of food allergies or intolerances, please inform the organisers after booking confirmation.
The meeting point can be reached by public transport; a large car park is available on site.
Dogs are not allowed.

If you have made a fixed date reservation and the weather conditions are not suitable for carrying out the activity safely (according to the expert opinion of the guide), you will be refunded the full amount paid. The guide may suggest an alternative date or time for the activity. You are free to choose whether or not to accept these suggestions. If you are unable to reschedule, we will proceed with a full refund! If you have set the date of your Gift Voucher and bad weather has prevented the activity from taking place, the Voucher remains valid until the expiry date indicated on it.
If I cancel the reservation, can I get a full refund?
