Do you know why the Gulf of Poets is called that?
Because numerous writers and artists have been enchanted by its colourful fishing villages, which have inspired the most famous works. Let the Ligurian Riviera enchant you too, by taking part in our gozzo excursion from La Spezia to Portovenere.
A3-hour experience, during which prosecco and focaccia will not be missing!
What we will do
The appointment is 15 minutes before the selected time at the meeting point in La Spezia (SP). We will be welcomed by the skipper aboard his characteristic gozzo.
Once we have finished boarding all the passengers, we will set sail and begin our navigation in the Golfo dei Poeti: we will venture towards San Terenzo, Lerici, and Tellaro, which will captivate us with their picturesque, colourful houses, once inhabited by fishermen.
We will then reverse course and sail in the direction of Palmaria, Tino Island and Tinetto Island, in the shadow of which we will stop for a dip. And we set off again towards Portovenere, which we will greet from the sea with prosecco and focaccia during a toast on board (included).
We will finally return to the meeting point. The experience will last a total of 3 hours.
Who it is aimed at
The experience is suitable for everyone without age limits; children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
The boat is not accessible to persons with mobility problems.
The excursion is not suitable for pregnant women.
Other information
The experience takes place from March to October and is confirmed on reaching a minimum number of 2 participants.
On-site parking is available for a fee. The meeting point can be reached by public transport.
Theboat is an 8-metre long open gozzo equipped with cushions, awning and shower. You remain barefoot on board. Dogs are not allowed on board.
